About
Jessica was born and raised in Houston. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of Houston in 2001 with degrees in Classics and Spanish. She also graduated summa cum laude from South Texas College of Law in 2022.
After graduation from college, Jessica began her professional life with a career in education. In 2005, she launched a comprehensive tutoring and college admissions company, called All-in-One Academics, with a focus on helping the people in her community achieve their scholastic potential. Along the way, Jessica worked with such influential organizations as the City of Houston, Houston ISD, Alief ISD, and KIPP Charter Schools to develop college admissions initiatives, helping students from humble backgrounds gain admission to prestigious universities around the United States. She loved knowing that her expertise was making a difference in people’s lives, and she wanted to make a difference on a greater scale. So she decided to study law.
Jessica recognized that people dealing with injuries were in extremely vulnerable positions and needed conscientious, compassionate legal representation. With her background, she felt well prepared to guide clients through the seemingly complicated process of receiving compensation for their pain and suffering. Her almost-obsessive attention to detail ensures that her clients’ cases receive her full attention, and she leaves no stone unturned in the quest to garner the highest possible settlements to make them whole. With Jessica on their side, clients at Fertitta & Givens have an advocate who will work tirelessly to get them the compensation they deserve.
